Cock Brand Tapioca Pearls are made from tapioca starch, the white powder obtained from cassava roots. Tapioca pearls are also called bobas or tapioca balls. Tapioca Pearls achieve world fame through its presence in the Chinese drink called bubble tea. Though naturally in white colour, the tapioca pearls can be transformed into a variety of colour by adding ingredients. They are also used as pudding thickeners. Cooking Instructions:
Boil water in a pan, then add tapioca pearls. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Then simmer for another 10 minutes or until the pearls turn translucent. Stir occasionally so they don’t stick to the bottom of pan.
