Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are placed and paid for, changes to the orders will need to be done via our support team at , cancellation of orders will be processed by the same team.

Once you cancel your order, Lunar Mart will be able to refund you via Lunar Mart credits or cash directly into your bank account. Refunds via Lunar Mart credits will be for the full purchase amount and take up to 7 to 10 business days to process. A cash refund via EFT will incur a 5% admin charge and be processed within 5 business days.

Please note all refunds exclude the refund of shipping charges. Lunar Mart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from refunds on cancellation of orders that qualified for discounted or free shipping if the cancellation or return is not due to Lunar Mart product faults.

How much does delivery cost?

For orders totaling R0 to R449, a flat shipping fee of R160 will apply.

For orders between R450 and R999, a flat shipping fee of R80 will be charged.

Orders totaling R1000 or more will enjoy free shipping.

These standard rates apply to major cities including (JHB,CPT,DUR,PLZ,ELS,BFN,KIM,GRJ,PRY) Any other location might be deemed high risk or are considered as outlying areas which might result in a surcharge, which we will contact you before delivery. You are more than welcome to contact us to find out if your area is high-risk/ or not.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note orders placed after 2pm will only be processed the following business day.

If order was placed on the weekend it will only be processed on the following Monday.

After your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days for standard delivery, though please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
