Local Delivery is from R50 in Cape Town and Surrounds.
National Delivery costs R115 and is only offered for orders above R850
These standard rates apply to major cities including (JHB,CPT,DUR,PLZ,ELS,BFN,KIM,GRJ,PRY) Any other location might be deemed high risk or are considered as outlying areas which might result in a surcharge, which we will contact you before delivery. You are more than welcome to contact us to find out if your area is high-risk/ or not.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note if order was placed after 2pm it will only be processed the following business day. If order was placed on the weekend it will only be processed on the following Monday.
After your order has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1 to 5 business days for standard delivery, though please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.
Can I buy frozen and fresh products online?
Currently we only offer our frozen and fresh products in-store or pick up only and through our local delivery within Cape Town and surrounds.
However you can contact us for custom orders and we will do our best to assist.

Orders & Returns
What payment methods are accepted by Lunar Mart?
Lunar Mart accepts major credit cards such as Visa or Mastercard. In addition we also accept Instant EFT.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once orders are placed and paid for, changes to the orders will need to be done via our support team at admin@lunarmart.co.za , cancellation of orders will be processed by the same team.
Once you cancel your order, Lunar Mart will be able to refund you via Lunar Mart credits or cash directly into your bank account. Refunds via Lunar Mart credits will be for the full purchase amount and take up to 7 to 10 business days to process. A cash refund via EFT will incur a 5% admin charge and be processed within 5 business days.
Please note all refunds exclude the refund of shipping charges. Lunar Mart reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from refunds on cancellation of orders that qualified for discounted or free shipping if the cancellation or return is not due to Lunar Mart product faults.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No accounts are needed to place an order, although we do need your details when you checkout and confirm your order. You are able to create a free account so that all your details are populated once you login to ensure a smoother shopping experience.
How do I track my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then follow the status of your order by logging in to your Lunar Mart account or checking your emails for status updates. Order status updates will show as complete with shipment tracking number once the order has been shipped.
How can I return a product?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@lunarmart.co.za.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
